Examination:

Various examinations are conducted in the following manners for all the students of the Academy:

1) 1st Round Test, Half Yearly, 2nd Round Test and Annual Exam – these four Exams will be held in every session.

2) Class Tests also will be taken after finishing some chapter to evaluate the concept of the students.

3) Repeat exams are conducted to improve the performance of poor performers.

4) Revision Test Exams, just before crucial boarder exams, are conducted for a period of around one month revising the entire syllabus.

Guardians and students are expected to co-operate with the system.

Attendance:

Regular attendance in the classes is obligatory. In case a student remains absent for long time guardian should meet the principal with Medical certificate. In case of absence for more than two days students should bring application with genuine reasons duly signed by the guardian. A student may also be expelled on the ground of poor attendance.

Tutorials:

The school shall implement the remedial classes from IX onwards. Remedial classes would be held at the evening time for the weak students.

 

Audio Visual Classes:

The Academy also regularly conducts audio visual classes for the students to grasp the concepts of any subject with the help of audio visual aids available in the Audio Visual Classroom.
