held at Guwahati on 15 April 2021 and awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

This year's first meeting of Managing Committee of RD English Academy and RD
Junior College held on 8/4/21 at the School campus. Both the meetings were
presided over by the President Mr. Dileep Kalita. After accepting the last
meetings proceedings a detailed discussion done on the specified agenda for the
day.

Unlike every year this year also RD Junior College and RD English Academy
celebrated the 72nd Republic Day on 26th January at its Rodali Path Campus.
Eminent Educationist Azma Begom Borah Hoisted the tricolour on that auspicious
occasion, Renowned Educationist Mr. Dileep Bhattacharjee, Directress Mrs. S.
Dhanowar and Principal Mr. D. Dey addressed the gathering with their valuable
encouraging words highlighting the current signifance of the Republic Day and
the importance of the knowledge of our Constitution in the life of the students
community. As part of the celebrations a Volleyball Tournament was also
organised.

obeying all Covid protocols where our Hounrable Rector Mrs. Bhattacharjee
hoisted the tricolour. Along with the normal Celebration, this year we
felicitated few of Corona warriors like Dr. Nirja Saikia ( Physician), Mr.
Sanjib Dutta ( Health Officer), and many more for their relentless services to
the society during this period of Crisis.
